Growing Conditions

Our Peruvian avocados enjoy a Mediterranean climate and are grown along picturesque beaches in the highlands off the northern coast and central desert regions.

Appearance

Thick, bumpy skin. Minimal defects on fruit due to advanced ranch management and growing practices. Skin can turn amber / red when ripe which is not to be confused with sunburn.

Ripening

May not darken when ripened. Thicker skin feels firm when pulp is ripe. Skin may turn amber/red when ripe.
